Come on now mate. A tough draw would definitely NOT be a good thing. Not now and not ever, and especially not early on in the season when your team is still shuffling its defence and playing a new formation. The threat of being knocked out of the champions league is very real! Give me the bloody Romanians anyday!

Why all the fuss over who Arsenal play in the Champ’s draw? A tough draw would be a good thing I think, gotta get into the big-game mentality as early as possible. Especially with Manure and Citeh right around the corner. Besides we should be able to beat anyone thrown at us. Nothing wrong with having to work for your dinner. Go Gunners!

About Rosicky, even if he’s injured there’s Vela, and Wilshere if push comes to shove, not to mention Traore (who wants to stay and fight for his place) and Gibbs. Van Persie could also play there (the left).

I have the sinking feeling we will end up with either Fiorentina or Atletico Madrid!!

I getting pretty nervous that there has been no movement on the defender / DM front. There haven’t really been any rumours even. I’ve got this horrible nagging feeling that Arsene isn’t going to do anything to improve us defensively. I really hope I’m wrong. With the other challengers all weakened over the summer, wither through manager or player movement, I really feel we are only a couple of quality signings away from being serious contenders. I just hope Arsene doesn’t play roulette and leave it to the last minute of the transfer window again.
