Lotta things going on in sports today. Firstly, I have to start with the Lebron James dunk video which finally leaked its way onto the internet (somehow via ebaumsworld?) so now the world gets to see what was so top secret…..and it pretty much disappoints. Basically it just looks like Crawford was going to dunk anyway and Lebron went in to try and defend even though Crawford was already at the basket. This would have been so much of a non-story if it hadn’t been covered up it would have been ridiculous. But forget my words, just watch the video.

On the baseball front, no trades but more news. Apparently, the Cardinals are in the lead for Matt Holliday, and it looks like it might happen. This would be huge for the Cardinals who already improved their team with Mark DeRosa, but are fending off every team in their division (as usual, excluding the Pirates, but now including the Astros who just swept them!).
